The venue has a size limitation, so we do not have the space to hold plus ones. If you received a plus one, it will be stated on the outside of your invitation envelope and also in your RSVP number on our website. If you do not know or have questions, please reach out!

We love your little ones, but this is an adult only affair.

We encourage everyone to arrive between 5pm and 5:15pm. This will create time to find a seat and enjoy the music. Please give yourself enough time to get to the venue. Downtown Nashville can have heavy traffic especially towards the end of the afternoon. Please leave in plenty of time to ensure a stress free commute.

Yes! Highly encouraged! There is a fabulous bar downstairs in Drusie and Darr that you can visit. It is one of our favorites in all of downtown! Grab a glass of wine or your drink of choice before the evening! Just head down the stairs and it will be on your right!

Rideshare is highly encouraged. There is offsite parking or valet for an additional fee should you choose to drive.

The dress code is formal / black tie optional.

You can absolutely stay at The Hermitage Hotel! It is rated one of the best hotels in the world! We do not have a room block there due to the high cost of rooms. We wanted to make everyone's stay comfortable and cost effective, but feel free to stay at the Hermitage if you prefer. You will not regret it!

We would love to see everyone at the Rooftop of Assembly Food Hall - Date Night Terrace for a few drinks before a day on Broadway. This is optional, but will be a lot of fun!
